You're not stuck.
Just trying to decide without the right frame.
You have ideas. You have skills. You have a degree, a career, half a business, or three directions you keep returning to. You don't have a way to tell which one is yours. So you keep researching. Reading. Asking. Waiting for it to become obvious.
It doesn't. It just gets louder.
This isn't a confidence problem. It's a structure problem.

A short read on why information isn't the bottleneck.
Enter your email and I'll send it to you.

In a world where AI gives you 10 answers, the bottleneck is knowing which one to commit to.
More information doesn’t resolve decisions. Structure does.
What others have said.
"Having an outside perspective on my direction and goals was incredibly valuable. Working with Aggie helped me clarify my vision, recognize my strengths, and reconnect with what truly motivates me."
— Jace N., Designer & Marketer at TAG · RMIT Graduate
"Working with Aggie helped me move from self-doubt to real clarity and confidence. I realised that I already had the foundations but just needed guidance to see my work through a more strategic lens. Her approach helped me simplify what felt complex and start communicating my ideas with purpose and ease."
— Awen Z., UX & Product Designer · RMIT Graduate
For decisions that keep circling
This is for you if:
You're stuck between multiple directions and can't commit
You've gathered input, but it hasn't made the decision clearer
The decision feels high-stakes and hard to simplify
You keep revisiting the same question without resolution
You need a way forward that holds after the conversation ends
What happens in the session:
We map the decision environment
We identify what's creating friction or noise
We clarify what actually matters
We structure a direction you can commit to
You leave with:
A clear decision or direction
The reasoning behind it
A next step you can act on immediately
Confidence that the decision will hold when you act on it
A written Decision Brief capturing your direction and the reasoning behind it.
No ongoing engagement is assumed.
I’m a senior product strategist and decision designer at the intersection of UX, AI, and how teams actually make decisions in complex environments.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked across startups and enterprise systems, from embedding user-centred thinking inside engineering-led AI environments to mapping fragmented healthcare journeys and supporting teams navigating high-stakes product and strategy decisions.
My journey here was definitely the long way round. I immigrated to Australia, taught myself English, graduated with a Master's Degree, and spent years working across design, technology, and organisational learning. That path shaped how I see problems today.
Across every environment, I began to notice the same pattern. Teams had access to data, tools, and expertise but still struggled to make clear decisions and commit to a direction that would hold up under real conditions.
That gap sits between understanding and action. This is where Loomworx Studio operates.
I focus on decision architecture and transition readiness, working at the point where individuals and teams need to move from reflection into clear, confident commitment, particularly in AI-accelerated environments.
Today, my work spans both applying this thinking inside organisations and developing Loomworx Studio as a structured approach to improving decision quality in real-world systems.
If you're navigating a decision that keeps circling, let's talk.
What others have said.
"Working with Aggie offered a different perspective that strengthened my thinking and helped me frame my ideas with greater clarity and purpose. She helped sharpen my focus by identifying the key targets, what truly needed attention, and translating that into clear direction and confident commitment. The process was grounded, practical, and deeply respectful of the realities of institutional complexity. I would recommend this work to professionals navigating transition or strategic expansion in demanding environments."
— Dr. Jutharat A., Swinburne University · Founder, Surrogacy Birth Care
Studio Notes:
Loomworx Studio develops a body of work on:
Decision architecture in complex environments
Institutional learning systems
Professional transition design
AI and human adaptation
These reflections are grounded in practice and informed by research, focusing on how clarity is formed, tested, and sustained under real conditions.
If you're still going back and forth, the structure isn't there yet.
That's not a failure. It's a starting point.
