You're not stuck.
Just trying to decide without the right frame.
I help founders, teams and organisations move from information overload to clear, confident decisions that hold under real conditions.
You have been pivoting back and forth on the same product or direction for weeks. That's not indecision. It’s lack of structure. You understand the problem. The decision just isn’t structured in a way you can articulate.
Not brainstorming. Not advice. Structuring the decision itself.
This work draws on decision architecture, learning systems design, and real-world organisational practice.

In a world where AI gives you 10 answers, the bottleneck is knowing which one to commit to.
More information doesn’t resolve decisions. Structure does.
Trusted by founders and teams navigating high-stakes decisions. Applied across product, technology, and organisational systems.
Selected Feedback
“Aggie embedded structured design discipline into our product environment, strengthening decision quality, cross-functional alignment, and overall system effectiveness. Her influence extended beyond design execution into capability and cultural improvement.”
Rafael Arias - Technology & Product Leader, Seeing Machines
“She consistently brought structural clarity to complex product challenges, improving how systems were understood, aligned, and executed. Her work elevated both technical standards and organisational coherence.”

For decisions that keep circling
If you’ve been second-guessing or delaying a decision, this session brings structure and clarity to that moment.
Complexity doesn't disappear when you understand it.
It only becomes easy to navigate when you build the right structure around it.
When this is for you:
You’re stuck between multiple directions and can’t commit
You’ve gathered input, but it hasn’t made the decision clearer
The decision feels high-stakes and hard to simplify
You keep revisiting the same question without resolution
You need a way forward that actually holds after the conversation ends
What happens in the session:
map the decision environment
identify what’s creating friction or noise
clarify what actually matters
structure a direction you can commit to
You leave with:
A clear decision or direction
The reasoning behind it
A next step you can act on immediately
Confidence that the decision will hold when you act on it
No ongoing engagement is assumed. The objective is clarity with structural integrity.
I’m a senior product strategist and decision designer at the intersection of UX, AI, and how teams actually make decisions in complex environments.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked across startups and enterprise systems, from embedding user-centred thinking inside engineering-led AI environments to mapping fragmented healthcare journeys and supporting teams navigating high-stakes product and strategy decisions.
My journey here was definitely the long way round. I immigrated to Australia, taught myself English, graduated with a Master's Degree, and spent years working across design, technology, and organisational learning. That path shaped how I see problems today.
Across every environment, I began to notice the same pattern. Teams had access to data, tools, and expertise but still struggled to make clear decisions and commit to a direction that would hold up under real conditions.
That gap sits between understanding and action. This is where Loomworx Studio operates.
I focus on decision architecture and transition readiness, working at the point where individuals and teams need to move from reflection into clear, confident commitment, particularly in AI-accelerated environments.
Today, my work spans both applying this thinking inside organisations and developing Loomworx Studio as a structured approach to improving decision quality in real-world systems.
If you're navigating a decision that keeps circling, let's talk.
Studio Notes:
Loomworx Studio develops a body of work on:
Decision architecture in complex environments
Institutional learning systems
Professional transition design
AI and human adaptation
These reflections are grounded in practice and informed by research, focusing on how clarity is formed, tested, and sustained under real conditions.
If you’re still going back and forth, the structure may not be there yet.
If you’re navigating a high-stakes decision and need structured clarity, this session is designed for that moment. Each session is a focused intervention designed to improve framing, alignment, and commitment integrity.
